1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qu99 ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "Member"). Using the qu99 website and its associated services constitutes your commitment to abide by these Terms.

Single Account Policy

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Members must be 18 years of age or older to use the qu99 platform. This service is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request government-issued ID to verify your age.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on qu99 is governed by the following rules. qu99 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases of rule violations.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Qu99 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake is generally refunded.
• Qu99 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions during live betting.
• Qu99 sets the maximum bet amount per event, which is subject to change.

Odds & Results

All odds on qu99 are updated in real time. The official ruling body of the relevant sport has final say on match results. In the event of any dispute over a result, qu99's decision will be final.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal processes on qu99 are fully secure and encrypted. Transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

General Bonus Terms

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Each offer specifies a validity period for the bonus — any unused bonus will expire once the deadline passes.

• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Chargeback or Payment Fraud
